We All Know How This Works
I wouldn’t expect anything else out of the criminal U.S. Justice Department. Loretta Lynch, one of Obama’s most recent additions to the inept collection of clowns currently running our country into the ground, met recently with an Islamic group to assuage Muslims’ concerns about being offended by Americans concerned about being murdered in cold blood by Muslim immigrants.
A few days later, she remarked on national television that we should expect the grand thug himself to implore Congress to take action against gun ownership in this country in his next big anti-American speech, from the Oval Office no less.
Apparently, the fact that the terrorist attack perpetrated by Islamists in San Bernardino had everything to do with a broken immigration and visa admissions system and nothing to do with the average American does very little to prevent Obama’s cabinet minion from waging war on mainstream America.
A Nice Little Talk With Friendly Muslims
Last week Lynch announced to a bunch of angry, offended Muslims that she would investigate speech that “edges towards violence.” Lynch was speaking at the annual Muslim Advocates Dinner. Her remarks came during a segment of the program wherein she had a “conversation” about the “climate of bigotry and Islamophobia” with Farhana Khera, President & Executive Director of the group.
With a Little Dash of Taqiyya
Khera’s lengthy soliloquy before Lynch’s appearance sure seemed like a well-rehearsed bunch of nonsense. It had all the trappings of classic Taquiyya. She issued quite an eloquent bit of oral prose about the foreboding challenges that the oppressed Muslim population faces in America, and how Lynch had promised to be an “advocate” for the Islamic community here. She even likened the Islamist’s “current struggle”to the Civil Rights Movement of the 50s and 60s. Amazing.
It sickens me to think that a group such as Muslim Advocates would have the gall to invite the Attorney General of the United States of America to one of their functions. What is even more revolting is that she went. Their friends and family across the world’s Islamosphere must really be getting a big kick out of that. “What a bunch of idiots these Americans are…”
Anyway, Lynch took her seat to a rousing round of applause from the audience, and the lovefest began. I don’t want to harp on what was said. We can all pretty much guess the sort of conversation these two had about the evils of mainstream America and the indignities their two minority groups have suffered in oppressed victimhood.
Of course, the Muslims are far more concerned about being offended by “Islamophobic” non-Muslims (usually Christians and Jews) than about the millions of people worldwide who have suffered real injury at the hands of Islamic terrorists, so Khera was careful to very explicitly pose a very selfish question to Lynch:
I think an issue on the minds of many American Muslims is that since the tragic attacks in Paris three weeks ago, there’s been a, um, decidedly disturbing uptick in anti-Muslim rhetoric; it’s been very divisive and many of us frankly feel that the rhetoric is the worst that it’s ever been and we’re very concerned about the environment it creates, ah, a very toxic environment that might even give license to some to engage in acts of violence and so, in light of these attacks and this toxic climate, what message does the federal government have for the American Muslim Community?
Lynch, obviously eager to dance to Khera’s fiddle, replied:
Thank you. I think you could not have touched on a more timely issue, certainly in the wake of (the Paris attacks), which as a country and a part of Europe has been grappling with anti-Muslim rhetoric for some time now. Because of smaller incidents this large one is really the equivalent of their 9/11 and certainly as we saw here in the U.S. an incredibly disturbing rise in anti-Muslim rhetoric.
The fear that you have just mentioned is in fact my greatest fear as a prosecutor, as someone who is sworn to the protection of all the American people, which is that the rhetoric will be accompanied by acts of violence. Obviously, the incidents in Paris were a tragedy and I know that everyone sympathizes with the victims there, and the tremendous loss of life and we will continue to support that investigation, but what I think is important to note is that the Department of Justice’s view is that we can and will do that, but we also will not give in to fear, um, and my message, not just to the Muslim community but the entire American community is, we cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on, and I understand, I, I, we all remember, whether it’s 9/11 or when a neighbor of yours is assaulted, when you feel that fear, that sense of lack of control, and the inability to do something about it…to spin, and find ways that you think will be the easy fix, right, the simple way to corral an issue or contain a concern, and so, in many eyes, anti-Muslim rhetoric becomes that path. Um, what’s greatly concerning to us is the rise that you’ve mentioned. Um, I remember 9/11 and those were very, very difficult days. I heard some disturbing things from people that, that I never thought I would ever hear certain things from and now I think the rise of the internet, the ability of people to issue hateful speech of all types from the anonymity of a screen is something that increases that rhetoric.
What in god’s name is she trying to say? What exactly does corral an issue or contain a concern actually mean? This woman is a pro at nonsensical verbosity. She continues, going in for the clincher:
Now obviously this is a country that is based on free speech, but when it edges towards violence, when we see the potential for someone to lift that mantle of anti-Muslim rhetoric, or as we saw after 9/11, violence directed at individuals who may not even be Muslims but may be perceived to be Muslims, and they will suffer just as well, just as much. When we see that we will take action.
Can this really be happening in the same country that elected Ronald Reagan?
What is very disturbing (to borrow a phrase from Lynch) is the utter lack of true intellect the Attorney General of the United States demonstrates on so many levels. I can’t get into too much of that here; this post would last for days. However, it’s important to point out how much she minimized the attacks in Paris (incidents?) and magnified the supposed potential for American citizens’ exercise of their Right of Free Speech to “edge toward violence.”
This is how a crafty, well-honed leftist government begins chipping away at the liberty of its own people. Lynch is the drum major for a new march against freedom in America, much like what already happened to those who protested against the rise of Islam in the UK.
In another, very closely related development in the wake of the San Bernardino attacks last week, Lynch announced in a December 6 interview on Meet the Press that Obama would urge Congress to put gun control measures back on its calendar when he addressed the nation from the oval office on Pearl Harbor Day. Surreal to say the least.
Obama’s speech turned out to be one of the best examples of willfully detached leadership in recent American memory. It says something when CAIR praises an American president’s speech in the wake of an ISIS-inspired terrorist attack on US soil.
We are in for it this last year of BHO’s presidency. He and his band of leftist hornswogglers are bound to pull every trick they can find out of their Bill of Rights-gobbling manifesto before his term runs out.
Obama’s promise to fundamentally transform America was very real. From the start of his term, he has aimed to transform it from a shining example of Judea-Christian-inspired Western Culture to an amalgamation of leftist lunacy and totalitarian political correctness-come-fascism.
It is up to the Liberty-Loving Public to stay informed and be ready to fight his tyranny as each week unfolds in this final countdown of dereliction in government.
